Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method

  • All tickets for events hosted by MVP Sports Academy will be delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, tickets will be sent to the email address or phone number provided during registration. Alternatively, they can be accessed on the website for use at the event entry.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Tickets will be available for download or sent to the registered participant no later than 24 hours before the event begins.

3. No Physical Shipping

  • No physical tickets will be shipped. Entry to the event will be granted based on the digital ticket or confirmation message you receive.

4. Order Processing and Confirmation

  • Ticket orders are processed immediately upon payment. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent within minutes of the transaction.

  • Ensure that all details (email and phone number) entered during registration are accurate to avoid delays or issues.
