1. Event and Program Cancellations
a. MVP-Initiated Cancellations

Full Refund: If MVP Sports Academy cancels an event, class, or program due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollment, inclement weather, or other unavoidable conditions, participants will receive a full refund of the paid fees or the option to transfer their registration to a future event or program.

Notification: Participants will be notified of any cancellations initiated by MVP Sports Academy as soon as possible via email or phone.
b. Participant-Initiated Cancellations
Refund eligibility for participant-initiated cancellations depends on the timing of the request:

Up to 7 Days Before Event Start: Full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.

Within 7 Days of Event Start: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date.

Within 24 Hours of Event Start or After Event Begins: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start date or after the event has begun.
2. Refunds for Special Circumstances
Refunds may be issued under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of MVP Sports Academy management:

Medical Emergencies: Participants who cannot attend due to a verified medical emergency may be eligible for a partial or full refund upon submission of supporting documentation.

Bereavement: Participants may request a refund or a credit toward a future event in the event of a family bereavement.
3. Payment Processing and Refund Timelines

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration unless otherwise specified.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
4. Merchandise Purchases
Refunds for merchandise purchases (e.g., apparel, equipment) are subject to the following conditions:

Return Timeframe: Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
